Reviva Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Protocols

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. However, Reviva is not liable for processing delays arising from incomplete or erroneous customer information.
1.2 Verification Period
All orders are subject to a verification period during which Reviva may contact customers to resolve discrepancies. Unresponsive customers may experience processing delays, for which Reviva shall bear no liability.
2. Shipping Timelines and Conditions
2.1 Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are approximations and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by customs clearance, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable factors shall not be grounds for refund requests. The following delivery estimates apply:

2.2 Delayed Deliveries

Customers will receive tracking updates via email. Reviva disclaims liability for inaccuracies in tracking updates or third-party logistics errors. Customers are advised to report discrepancies promptly.
4. Customs and Import Fees
International customers are solely responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees. Reviva shall not entertain refund requests arising from customs-related delays or disputes.
5. Undeliverable Orders
5.1 Return to Sender
Packages returned to Reviva due to incorrect addresses or refusal to pay customs duties shall incur additional reshipping fees. Refunds for such orders are subject to deductions.
5.2 Lost Packages
Claims for lost packages must be accompanied by supporting documentation and shall be resolved at Reviva's discretion.
