Reviva Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: November 1, 2024
At Reviva, customer satisfaction is paramount; however, all transactions are bound by the following exhaustive terms and conditions. By purchasing from Reviva, you explicitly agree to adhere to the provisions and stipulations outlined herein. This Return and Refund Policy forms a binding agreement between you (the customer) and Reviva (the company).
1. Eligibility for Refund
1.1 Pre-Fulfillment Refunds
Refunds requested prior to the shipment of goods may, at Reviva's sole discretion, be issued at a value not exceeding 80% of the original purchase price. This reduction accounts for non-recoverable administrative costs, financial transaction fees, and operational efforts incurred immediately upon order confirmation. Refund requests must be formally submitted in writing to customer@tryrevivabeauty.com, and Reviva reserves the right to verify and substantiate claims prior to processing.
1.2 Post-Fulfillment Refund Requests
Refunds for orders for which a tracking number has been generated or the package has entered the logistics chain shall not be automatically honored. Customers submitting post-fulfillment refund requests are required to correspond with Reviva via official email channels and must comply with the documentation requirements outlined in Section 3. Refunds, if deemed appropriate, will only be considered upon exhausting alternative resolutions, including but not limited to re-shipment or redress with the logistics provider.
1.3 60-Day Guarantee Clause
Refunds predicated on dissatisfaction with product efficacy are strictly contingent upon compliance with the following conditions:

Continuous use of the product, as per prescribed instructions, for a minimum of 60 days.

Submission of verifiable documentation demonstrating consistent application or ingestion of the product.

Presentation of a comprehensive narrative detailing product ineffectiveness, supplemented by photographs, videos, or other evidence as deemed necessary by Reviva's investigative team. Failure to meet the aforementioned conditions shall nullify refund eligibility.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
2.1 Shipped But Not Arrived
Orders classified as "shipped" but not yet delivered remain ineligible for refunds. Customers must initiate an official inquiry with Reviva within 23 calendar days of the shipping notification to report non-arrival. Cases reported after this timeframe shall be deemed non-actionable.
2.2 Fully Consumed Product
Refund requests for products fully consumed prior to raising concerns regarding dissatisfaction shall not be entertained. Customers are encouraged to communicate issues during the initial stages of product use.
2.3 General Dissatisfaction
Refund requests citing subjective dissatisfaction without supporting evidence of product failure or improper execution of advertised benefits shall not be entertained. Refunds are also inapplicable for discretionary changes of mind post-purchase.
3. Mandatory Documentation for Refund Requests
Customers must provide the following to initiate a refund request:

Purchase receipt or order confirmation.

Detailed usage logs, photographs, and/or videos corroborating claims of product ineffectiveness.

Any additional documentation requested by Reviva to substantiate claims. Failure to provide the requisite evidence within 14 business days of the initial refund request will result in case closure.
4. Partial Refunds & Shipping Fees
4.1 Partial Refunds
Reviva reserves the right to issue partial refunds based on the extent of product use or the physical condition of returned goods. The partial refund amount shall be calculated at Reviva's sole discretion and communicated via email prior to issuance.
4.2 Non-Refundable Shipping Fees
Shipping costs, inclusive of expedited shipping surcharges and package protection fees, are categorically non-refundable. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs, except where otherwise stipulated.
5. Return Shipping Requirements
All return shipments must comply with the following provisions:

Customers must utilize a trackable shipping service to ensure secure delivery.

Reviva assumes no liability for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

Items must be returned in original packaging unless otherwise authorized.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and verification of returned goods. However, additional delays may occur due to banking or financial institution policies beyond Reviva's control.
7. Policy Amendments
Reviva reserves the exclusive right to amend this Return and Refund Policy without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing updated terms published on Reviva's official website.
